Merry Christmas

Another 12 months have flown by and we are now thinking about the New Year ahead; but before we get into that, 2016 isn’t over just yet…  

Over 3,000 guests have stayed with us again this year and we have loved seeing the pictures and hearing about your stays.  The Spa Team have been busy providing treatments and over 1,300 of you have taken part in activities from Chef Hire to Grass Tobogganing!  

Despite the mud we had an even better Glastonbury with new and returning guests enjoying the greatest festival in luxury and comfort.  Campsite WiFi was a particular favourite of mine.

At Woodlands Retreats HQ we have moved into our new office complete with Wood Burner; and it has been a very cosy winter so far.  The farm continues to be busy and the children are growing fast. I am sure we will be trying to keep up with them around the campsite this coming summer.

Into 2017, we have a new property available from April.  Smokeham Farm is a beautifully renovated 9 bedroom farmhouse in the Quantock Hills.  We are really looking forward to our guests enjoying the house, its glorious views and individually designed rooms. 

We are also actively helping other property owners to manage their holiday lets.  So if you have ever considered owning a holiday property, the New Year could bring new opportunities.
