If you're looking for something a bit different for your company offsite or team meeting, Upper Woodlands can provide an alternative twist on the conventional gathering.
Our bespoke wellness packages offer you the opportunity to fully relax and unwind in a tranquil oasis of peace and calm, where you can explore alternative therapies as a group or individually. Alternatively, you can choose to blend these wellness experiences with meetings or team-building activities - the choice is yours, simply tell us the areas in which you have an interest, and we'll do the rest. Upper Woodlands features 18 luxurious bedrooms that can accommodate up to 36 guests, with a total of 25 separate beds. All bedrooms, except for two, are equipped with their own en-suite bathrooms; the remaining two share a Jack and Jill bathroom. This ensures a high level of comfort and quality for you and your team.

We also have an additional two rooms in our event space The Milking Parlour which can be used for overnight accommodation.
The Milking Parlour is our events space located in the grounds of Upper Woodlands, Woodlands Farmhouse, The Cider Barn & Swallow’s Orchard. It’s a multi-purpose space which can be hired in addition to your accommodation – this could be booking it for an evening big celebration meal (with tables and chairs provided) or as an open space for your morning yoga class.

Located within the grounds of Upper Woodlands, Woodlands Farmhouse, The Cider Barn and Swallow's Orchard. The Sedum Spa facility is shared between these properties, bringing the Spa hotel experience to the self-catering sector.
