Sedum Spa

The Sedum Spa is located on the Upper Woodlands site and is not available for the guests of Smokeham Farm, Rock Farm, Higher Burrow Farm or Apple Cottage. It is available at an additional cost to guests of Lower Hedge Farm, Portman House (15 min drive) and Little Cheriton House (30 min drive) and is available and included in the cost of the accommodation for the properties on the Upper Woodlands site (Woodlands Farmhouse, The Cider Barn and Swallow's Orchard). 

The Sedum Spa is a shared facility in which exclusive use periods can be booked in advance with our office team

• 2 hours per property booked per day. 

To further complement your Spa experience, we offer guests the opportunity to pre-book spa treatments with one of our qualified therapists, subject to availability. 

The Spa is open from 5am and closes at 8:30pm.
