The Milking Parlour

The Milking Parlour is our events space located in the grounds of Upper Woodlands, Woodlands Farmhouse, The Cider Barn & Swallow’s Orchard. It’s a multi-purpose space which can be hired in addition to your accommodation – this could be for an evening celebration meal (with tables and chairs provided) or as an open space for your morning yoga class. Essentially you can use the space as you want for whatever activity you would like to arrange within reason. 

We also have two smaller break-out/consultation rooms which can be booked separately; these rooms have sofa beds and ensuite shower rooms, which can be booked for overnight stays in addition to your main accommodation on site if you require a few extra rooms/beds. The Parlour kitchen is a fantastic facility if you are booking The Parlour Room for an event or activity and it's set up with caterers in mind (but available for all to use) to come in and do the hard work for you. 

Hire periods can be from as little as 1hr 45min or it can be booked all day or even for the weekend or week.  There is an additional charge for using the Milking Parlour; please contact us for pricing.
